Whitney Hischier Whitney Hischier's career spans 20 years of turn-arounds, entrepreneurship, management consulting, and executive education. She has spent much of it working in distinct and remote parts of the world with a focus on enhancing national economic growth through business education and building networks between the public, private and academic sectors. Whitney’s goal is to help organizations and individuals simplify complex environments and situations and enable them to execute effectively. Next to that Whitney is also a lecturer at the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley in experiential and consulting-based courses, including Startup Lab, International Business Development, Natural Leadership (equine guided education), and Managing and Motivating People.

Whitney works with executives on managerial, consulting and entrepreneurship skills. Previously, Hischier was a system implementation consultant for Deloitte, San Francisco, KPMG London and ABN Amro bank in Amsterdam and focused on change management, communication and training aspects of global system implementations. In her role at Haas, she works with clients to diagnose business problems and design programs to address gaps in skill, behavioral and mindsets needed for improved organizational ROI. She holds a BA from Stanford and an MBA from Haas.

Whitney lives in Berkeley, California with her family which includes two young children, a British husband, and many four legged creatures including three Ridgeback dogs, two cats and a horse. In her free time, she is a competitive dressage rider and aspires to one day ride at the Olympic level.
